Responsibilities & tasks:
1- Supply Chain assistant & inventory reporter in accordance with defined SOP.
2- Effectively and efficiently manage the movements of inbound/ outbound shipments - ensuring well performed KPIs.
3- Review the freight/ shipping rates with freight forwarders in periodically base.
4- Coordinate with shippers and consignee in regards with required Documents for inbound/ outbound shipments in accordance with type of commodity, customs FDA requirements and SASO requirements (SABER system)
5- Supervising Customs clearance process with "Brokers”
6- Supervising the preparation of shipments insurance.
7- Monitoring inventory/ stock Status coordinating with warehouses Manger and developing and confirming delivery schedules.
8- Comply with the required delivery Schedule - securing stock stability levels.
9- Supervising raise process of POs on ERP system. 10- Make sure of controlling shipping cost based on international shipping rates.
11- Pre-shipping shipments Inspection.
12- Supervising the well-done of due payments for Freight Forwarders, brokers and suppliers on time coordinate with Finance team.
13- Set up and keep up-to-date a database of freight forwarders and Brokers for resourcing purposes (service providers)
14- Handling the applications of letter of credit (LC) & its required amendments, Plus CAD payment terms.
