I started with N2V during inception phase, one of the earliest task was to establish a flexible accounting system thereby enhancing corporate growth and stability later on managing all issues pertinent to overall financial management, cost optimization, capital efficiency in addition of strategic financial and business plans, and ensure the accuracy and robustness of financial figures over all .

Ensure strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, effecting cost reductions, controlling cash flow, negotiating payment and credit lines with financial institutions in Jordan, KSA, Dubai and Egypt .

VTEL Holdings Ltd. is a leading multinational corporation, a forerunner in the telecommunications sector; offering fixed lines, mobile and data services. The Dubai based company operates in high growth markets in The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Latin and Central America, and the Caribbean.

I started my career with VTEL as corporate finance manager, moved later on to one of VTEL subsidiaries in CIS region as a director of finance in where i was responsible of the following :
- Restructuring of accounting and finance team .
- Putting Business plans and budgets for each subsidiaries in CIS region .
- integration between accounting and billing system; that helped in monthly invoicing and collection, and ensured that accounting entries are made accurately each month.
- participate in contract negotiations and following vendor financing .
- Initiate monthly reconciliations between sunsidaies and holding compnay ..
- Manage monthly reporting to holding company
- Advise holding on local tax matters, hedging and currency risk .

In July 2009 when I was appointed as Group acting CFO in Amman - Dubai .
