The Corporate IT, supporting all companies in five countries, most of group companies using Ecommerce in sales and Marketplace.

• As Corporate IT Department, I have to create budget, select vendors/technologies and prepare overall strategic plan for technology services and operational infrastructure for all companies under the Group.
• Analyze the business requirements of all Group Companies to determine the suitable technology needs
• Reduce the Operational cost (OPEX) by reduce the resources and time by automation the process.

 Project 6: Establish new Server Room, Established Data Center Room at Plant with high specifications (Raised Floor Systems and other relevant systems for New Data center, Access Control Systems, Electrical Panels, NOVEC Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems, UPS, SMS System) .

 Project 7: Shift Data Center from Head office to Plant, To avoid any connection drops, strategic has been made to shift the data center from Head Office to Plant and the task was carried in record time of 34 hours without stoppages and Re-configure our network and SAP System
