Responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions at the group. This includes directing all IT operations to meet organizational requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions.
The Corporate IT, supporting all companies in five countries, most of group companies using Ecommerce in sales and Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• As Corporate IT Department, I have to create budget, select vendors/technologies and prepare overall strategic plan for technology services and operational infrastructure for all companies under the Group.
• Analyze the business requirements of all Group Companies to determine the suitable technology needs
• Reduce the Operational cost (OPEX) by reduce the resources and time by automation the process.
• Establish ecommerce and marketplace in one of company Group to increase the Sales and reach for wide range of reseller and customers.
• Utilize the ERP System ( Microsoft Dynamics ) use and provide the necessary support for users cross-countries
• increase the System availability and reduce the IT operational cost. (around 50% cost reduced by migration to cloud and change the technology used ). Ex. Migrate the IT infrastructure to cloud.
• Secure environment for users and Group Company, by create and apply the IT Policy.
• Manage Disasters and Work with business users on contingency plan and make sure the business keep running.
• Manage Vendors, IT Team, top management expectation / vision and Day to Day activates .

Key Responsibilities:
• Create budget, select vendors/technologies and prepare overall strategic plan for technology services and operational infrastructure within a high growth organization and a company acquisition.
• Established strong vendor relationships for long term partnerships, high performing SLA's to support 24/7/365 QIG business uptime.
• Acts as a strategic partner to the business by facilitating the business demand collection process, challenging and prioritizing the business requests, translating them into best fitting and most cost-efficient options for implementation.
• Reduced IT costs by 15% via negotiating/managing vendor/supplier contracts, IT Expenses, buy-in and outsourcing service providers.
• Maximize IT Department performance through leadership of IT Department (ICT & ERP) by setting of individual objectives, developing and motivating staff.
• Implement the QIG group IT policy & procedures to ensure Risk and Security resulting in a 70% reduction in network & ERP security incidents.
• Work with IT Steering Committee and stakeholders to identify the business requirements and growth, to determine the technology required to support the business needs and align with group strategy.
• Optimizing the use of SAP ERP systems by activate the useful functions and modules for the group to improve and support the different business unites across the group.
• Implement Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery for the critical IT services to manage planned/unplanned circumstances, to protect Email Services and SAP ECC6.
• SAP ERP Implementation and roll-out project for Alkhalij Cement company to the modules (FI/CO, PP, PM, QM, WM, MM and SD)
• Implemented CCTV project at Alkhalij Cement plant & accommodation with internal contractor to maintain the security as per ICT Qatar standards.
• New tower ICT project for passive and active IT component, establishing new server room with new servers and migrate the current IT infrastructure to new corporate office.
• Implement AVAYA IP Telephony cross all companies at Group, ongoing management & troubleshooting of Avaya system.
• Leading a team of 12 IT professional to manage deployment of technology and maintain the necessary support for ICT Infrastructure & SAP ERP.
• Create the IT strategy in line with QIG’s vision, mission and corporate strategy.
• Directed all phases of multiple projects including project charter development, scope and definition, directed and managed projects execution, monitored and controlled all project work and Risk Assessment/mitigate
• Ensure maximum systems performance utilized by monitoring LAN, WAN and servers; with best cost.

Implement SAP S4/HANA ERP for all companies under Al Rajhi Holding; to achieve that a PMO office established under Alwatania for information Technology Company to deliver the SAP ERP for different business lines of companies such as agriculture, real estate, trade, industry, poultry and charity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and roll-out HCM & ESS/MSS in phase I for eight companies under Al Rajhi Holding.
• Responsible for all aspects of the SAP project over the entire project life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)
• Implement ERP SAP ECC6.0 based on SAP Roadmap (project preparation, AS IS, FSBP, business blue print (BBP), Realization, Final preparation, Go live& support).
• Monitor project charter, project plan, risk plans, issue plans, project scope, budget and communication plan
• Lead the project deliverables based in ASAP8 Methodology for implementation to ensure adherence to quality standers.
• Ensure training schedule plan on different levels for users, power user and managers
• Lead the project for success by manage and monitor Budget, cost, schedule, and technical performance of component projects and operations.
• Conduct regular project status reporting to management steering committee.
• Make sure the SAP system configured as per the business requirements and UAT/ Integration Test cross modules working probably and succeed.
• Ensure the computerization and paper less of all business processes with SAP best practice.
• Planning and prepare for phase II & III implementation for eight companies (different business ) to implement SAP Modules: Financial Accounting (FI), Financial Controlling (CO), Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Plant Maintenance (PM), Customer Relation Management (CRM - Sales/Marketing), Business Object (BOBJ), Business Planning and Consolidation (BBPC), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Global Trading Services (GTS), Manufacturing Integration and intelligent (MII), Process Integration (PI), Transportation Management (TM), Demand Planning (DP), and Mobility Solution

• Manage IT Department and build capable and effective IT organization that is capable to deliver the set tasks and objectives
• Develop short and medium term plans and budget that delivers business units objectives
• Lead, Motivate a team of 10 technical professional & SAP consultant to manage and deployment of technology for ICT & Applications
• Manage the Implement of SAP ERP ECC6.0 For Modules ( FICO, PP, PM, MM, HCM, SD, QM and MII) based on SAP Roadmap (project preparation, AS IS, FSBP, Business Blue Print (BBP), Realization, Final preparation, Cut Over / Go live& support) and provide necessary support by IT for end users to smooth run for business.
• Manage & Sure that all of the company’s technologies both Software and Hardware are well maintained in its 100% usability, dependability and reliability to support 24/7 business.
• Evaluate and Automate the business processes to reduce the paper work over all departments
• Lead & managed the implementation for below projects at NRCC
 Project 1: Implement SAP ECC6.0 ERP, for the Modules ( FICO, PP, PM, MM, HCM, SD and QM) based on SAP Roadmap (project preparation, AS IS, FSBP, Business Blue Print (BBP), Realization, Final preparation, Cut Over / Go live& support)

 Project 2: Implement SAP xMII (Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence), to integrate shop floor (PLC devices) with top floor (SAP ERP System) to give real-time status of plant and integrity between WinCC System and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and PP (Production Planning) Modules

 Project 3 : SAP ERP roll-out for 2nd production line, NRC constructed new production line to produce OPC & SRC Cement. We did SAP rollout for 2nd line to our SAP system with our internal competency, the roll-out was for the following modules ( PP, PM, HCM, FICO, MM, SD and SAP MII) .

 Project 4: SAP ERP Support, Managed SAP ERP Application Support and Enterprise Support with Implementation Partner and SAP extensively using SAP SOLMAN and also developed internal competency.

 Project 5: Upgrade SAP EHP Version, Upgrade SAP System To latest version EHP5 for SAP System Landscape (Development, Quality, Production Server and Disaster Recovery Server for SAP ERP & MII).

 Project 6: Establish new Server Room, Established Data Center Room at Plant with high specifications (Raised Floor Systems and other relevant systems for New Data center, Access Control Systems, Electrical Panels, NOVEC Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems, UPS, SMS System) .

 Project 7: Shift Data Center from Head office to Plant, To avoid any connection drops, strategic has been made to shift the data center from Head Office to Plant and the task was carried in record time of 34 hours without stoppages and Re-configure our network and SAP System

• Implement NORIA ERP System For Modules ( Finance, Costing, Fixed Assets, Warehousing, Procurement, HR and Sales) .
• Provide Support on NORIA ERP for all users cross-modules .
• Provide expert functional and high level technical direction around specific business requirements to provide guidance around cross-module dependencies and impact
• Lead and participate in functional design reviews and implement enhancements for NORIA ERP application aligning with business needs
• Perform functional analysis for the requirements gathered by business analysts, perform impact analysis to provide detailed functional design document of the desired application changes
• Responsible for functional design, configuration change, setup, test and implementation for NORIA ERP application.
• Provide production support for ongoing maintenance and enhancement of custom programs that interface with third party vendors and other internal systems
• Focusing on the use, training and maintenance NORIA ERP system and ensuring that high quality of information technology service and training are provided.

• Assist user in defining new requirement and Translate user requirement into design specification.
• Analyst and Implement system for all kinds of insurance to Renew or issue new policies through (SADAD) A.T.M, using Visual Workflow & File Net Integrated with Oracle.
• Develop Telesales System ( development the existing Oracle forms, reports, triggers, procedures, functions, packages and create new forms, reports, ….) .
• Analyst and Implement system to print cards for comprehensive insurance, third party insurance and Rukhsa insurance. (integrated Oracle with data card printer work on access ),
• Analyst and Implement shareholder Program for NCCI (integrated Oracle with MS Excel).
• Update the Telesales system to issue new product named SANAD plus Policy and Temporary insurance certificates.
• Document all enhancements by Prepare Functional Specification (FS) and Technical Specification (TS).
• Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Conduct tests and inspections of products, services, and processes to evaluate quality or performance. And prepare Unit Test Case (UTC) Scenario.

• Monitoring and maintain the Oracle DB and growth .
• Backup the Oracle DB as per the backup policy.
