-Assist the Audit Committee in performing work pertaining to summoning of meetings, preparation of agendas, delivery of supporting documents for the meetings and keeping of minutes.
-Circulate minutes of meetings of the Audit Committee to all members.
-Contribute to the preparation of the audit plans on annual basis, preparation of the audit programs for the audited entities and the follow up of implementation of those programs.
-Report directly to the audit committee and provide recommendations for improving the organization’s operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance.

• Complete working paper file and continuous audit file (including resolution of all outstanding items) and discussing it with the engagement manager.
