Centralized Monitoring of Mobily's enterprise network using Network Monitoring Tools like Solar Winds Orion and IBM Tivoli NetView.
Responsible for providing telephone/email and remote diagnostic network support of enterprise network issues.
Troubleshooting, following up, fixing and reporting all kinds of the network daily problems including faults caused by variety causes such as transmission problems, configuration issues, hardware faults and others.
Configured and maintained routers and L2, L3 switches.
Perform MDT/TCN such as network topology change, switches and routers IOS upgrade.
Isolate customer problem and handle escalations to appropriate support team level.
Coordinating with Cisco TAC for escalated issues and performing troubleshooting with TAC engineers.
Generating reports and submitting to department.
