Achievements
• Reduce and maintain the consumption of Power and cooling inside DC.
• Since 2012 no unplanned down time in the data center.
• Re-gain footprint inside DC by removed all unusable HW/Racks.
• Help TSD to consolidate x86 server and Phase it out.
• Build Data Center CMDB with CMDB administrator.
• Maintain all Bank system, system availability is 99.6.
• Automation most of the task done by operators to reduce human mistakes.
• 99% of HW inside the DC feed from different power source.
• Manage a team from 15 members.


Duties & Responsibilities:
• Schedule and oversee ongoing preventative maintenance for all critical facilities with zero site downtime.
• Preparing the Space, power and cooling parameter in Data center.
• Manage the UPS and make sure the load is balanced and we did not reach the limit.
• Make sure that all HW inside the Data Center feed by different power source.
• Do health check for all HW inside DC every month.
• Manage Access to Data Center Coordinate with CMDB admin/FAM to make sure all HW in DC are registered.
• Provides operational support for systems hardware, peripherals and software within our Data Centers and related facilities
• Maintain standards and procedures for the addition, movement and removal of all server and communications equipment within the data center. Ensure these standards and procedures are met.
• Works in conjunction with the Technical support staff to implement immediate resolutions to critical problems.
• Provides the following services: Monitor systems consoles for problems, manage systems availability, production scheduling and control, reports distribution, service level support, administration and controls, equipment operation, backup recovery, procedural documentation, and execution of the disaster recovery plan.
• Works with Operations personnel to identify areas of possible automation and/ or improvement to provide better customer service, enhance problem resolution techniques.
• Supervises staff, directs work assignments, and initiates personnel actions, including hiring, disciplinary actions, salary matters, goal setting, develop Individual Development Plan's and performance reviews.
• Manages Service Levels and escalates to appropriate management if impending issues threaten to jeopardize our ability to meet them.
• Maintain standards and procedures for all critical facilities related operational functions. Ensure these standards and procedures are followed
