• Setting the Rooms Division Objectives and Goals
• In charge of the rooms Division operations (Front Office, House keeping, Laundry, Guest Service Center, Business Centre, Health Club, Parking and print shop )
• Preparing the Rooms Business Plan (FF&E, SOE, Manning, Rational - Cost Explanations and forecast) since 2010 till today
• Preparing the 18 month rolling forecast for all the rooms division ( Rooms expenses and OODs revenue & Expenses) on monthly basis
• Close monitoring to Rooms division cost and revenue aspects to reach Profitability of 84 %
• In charge of the Monthly Rooms maintenance program (In co operation with both Director of Engineering & Executive House keeper) according to Hyatt standards and to the hotel needs within the rooms maintenance budget.
• In charge of following up and application of all the Rooms brand standards.
• Setting all new needed policies and procedures, Job descriptions, task lists, tasks breakdown, briefing standards.
• Setting VIP & Greeters team concept (team in charge of handling all the Hyatt VIPs and long stay programs) requirements)
• Establishing the Guest service center using the Hotel Expert System
• Close monitoring with the Rooms trainers to achieve the Monthly targeted training hours and TNA (Training Needs Analysis)
• Member of the Re branding committee From Hyatt to Grand Nile Tower
