- Combustion Inspection for (MS 5002D, MS5002D+) GE gas turbine by replacing Secondary fuel nozzle, Liner Cap, Liner, Retainers, cross fire, tube and transition pieces in, ELNG, Idco, Egypt. (Four times)
- Hot Gas Path inspection for MS 5002D GE gas turbine by replacing first stage Nozzles and second stage nozzles variable angles (visual inspection) first stage buckets Replacement and Update the turbine blades from (D Extendor) To (D+ Extendor) and checks the clearances in Egyptian-LNG plant. (Four Times)
- Replacement of Dry gas Seal, tertiary seal, journal bearing pads& thrust bearing
Pads for 3MCL1405” NUOVO PIGNONE Centrifugal Compressor in - ELNG, Idco, Egypt.
- Overhaul maintenance for (Centrifugal, Immersed, Submerged, and Plunger type pump, high speed pumps, and low speed pumps) in MIDOR, Alexandria, Egypt.
- Overhauling maintenance for More than 100 fan coolers (Induced
& Forced - Fixed blades, Variable blades) in MIDOR, Alexandria, Egypt.
- Multiple Overhauling for Dresser-Rand and NUOVO PIGNONE Reciprocating Compressors in MIDOR Site, Alexandria, Egypt.
- Overhauling for (MAN TURBO) six stages Centrifugal Compressor (bearing replacement, stages balance, shaft balance, shaft replacement) in MIDOR Site, Alexandria, Egypt.
