1- Cp04-003&004_High-rise known as Reve (3 towers of 3B+G+27).

3- CP04-021_Mid-rise (2B+G+8).
4- CP04-022_Mid-rise (2B+G+8).
I played the Architect role in ensuring the production and the successful delivery of the project.
My Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the entire CAD production process, including developing design concepts, design criteria, and generating related reports.
* Managing design and quality assurance activities for new development projects, from the detail design stage to the issuance of drawings for construction.
* Ensuring adherence to Azizi Developments' design guidelines throughout the design process.
* Conducting comprehensive design reviews in accordance with guidelines and Design Development Control (DCR).
* Assisting senior architects in delivering high-quality projects and providing technical guidance to drafters working on the same project.
My Achievements:
• Develop an ArchiCAD BIM template linked automatically to the specification and BOQ documents.
Therefore, save time by 40 % of the project documentation process.
• Design more than 50 Residential Villas over 5 years with all related production and documentation
works.
• Organize the specifications in sections as per CSI Masterformat Classification System.
• Add the Architectural Fixed Finishes Materials Specification Book to Tender Documents.
• Prepare project management forms and Organizational Process Assets.
My Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with clients to develop comprehensive design briefs that accurately reflect their specific
requirements and preferences.
• Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, sub-consultants, and sub-contractors to obtain detailed
specifications and shop drawings while also negotiating for optimal pricing.
• Providing technical support to lead the architectural team from project initiation through completion,
while ensuring they adhere to office standard specification templates.
• Conducting rigorous quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality
Regulations, Dubai Building Codes and Office Standards and Guidelines.
• Generating project evaluation protocols and design review due DM guidelines, Design Development
Control (DCR) and Project Budget.
• Supervising company visual identity while contributing to branding and marketing activities.
• Staying up to date with the latest market trends and design innovations through ongoing research and
participation in relevant workshops and conferences.
Achievements:
* As Built Drawings for 3 historical buildings in As Suwayda - Syria.
* Assist in designing 4 Residential Buildings each of 5 stories.
Responsibilities:
* Create Architectural drawings (Floor Plans, Elevations, and 3D Models)
* Assist Senior Architect with Drafting process and architectural Proposals
* Perform Site visits and take full measurements for existing buildings.
