Part of the Emirates Groups, EKFC is the only catering facility in Dubai international Airport, producing 160, 000 meal a day, with more than 7500 employees, and growing rapidly.
- Successfully managing IT related projects using PMI project management methodologies.
- Managing the IT infrastructure and IT systems for the automation solutions (Monorail and Bin Conveyor Systems) in the catering facility. Using high availability and virtualization technologies.
- Work with partners and service providers to provide the best IT support services to answer continuance “worry-free” business operation.
- Good knowledge of IT governance practices
- Oversee the IT disaster recovery plan and ensure network security for the IT System.
- Profound knowledge in systems and network administration and troubleshooting.

- Managing and coordinating the Cisco Networking Academy Program.
- Coordinating the IT courses conducted by the center.

- Planning, implementing and troubleshooting a medium size network.
- Designing, installing, configuring and maintaining Win2000 server, Exchange 2000. MS Proxy, Active Directory Service, ISA Server and IP related services.
- Developing and implementing IT policies, network security, backup and disaster recovery procedures.
