I'm working in extra as resource protection specialist eastern Region from Aug 2014 until now.
Resource Protection in extra has A lot of authority to can control three scopes (inventory-cash-people).
A- Inventory:
Resource Protection make control on the inventory throw a lot of things like:
Control on Cycle count results, Damaged and DRTV report, in-store security devices, Security company performance, Return / Exchange r, Opening closing, Scrap, Receiving, Physical count, First Aid, others.

B- Cash:
Resource Protection make control on the cash throw a lot of things like:
Control on Cash pick-up and cash deposit & Cashier shortage, End of service, Pending manual Invoice, shrinkage analyses, Store /Cash officer petty cash, Manual Invoices, Fire Fighting & Fire Warden, Safety and security and others.

C- people:
Resource Protection make control on the cash throw a lot of things like:
Incident /Accident, Investigation, negative sales, Price Override, Control and Identify any risk, Store Safety & Security, Reward on recovery shrink, training and others.

Operation manager in extra store has A lot of responsibly to can manage the store team and get solution for any problem facing store or team as the business needed, operation manager should be follow his responsibly daily like: costumer service, receiving area, cycle count, cash office, store control, maintenance, petty cash, others.

The Receiving Supervisor responsibly in extra requiring attention and focus to can mange store inventory to get store goal, Some of Receiving Supervisor responsibly as the following:
Receiving process, return to vendor process, transfer product to other stores, communication with other sections, arranging product, also Receiving Supervisor should be know cycle count, Handling physical count.
My working as Receiving Supervisor in extra add me more experience because I was made many internal opining stores in extra KSA like: Najran, Tahlya, Sakaka and Makkah 2012 and all of them did cycle count and physical count, also external opining like Bahrain store 2013 also made cycle count, physical count and handling home delivery.

My work with aramex as a logistics warehouse supervisor included many responsibilities like:

- Grasp new ideas to manage warehousing to make the logistics process efficient and fast.

- Managing cost and time to provide the easiest way to ship and transport stocks and items.

- Utilizing team member's and sub-ordinate's ideas to meet our job objectives like:
