PMC project management consultant support & as PMT project management team Aramco engineer.
PMC Engineer coordinating with civil, structural, electrical, communication, HVAC and comply with the IFC package drawings, IBC requirements & solving problem & issues if exists.
Preparing drawings complying with all International & relevant Aramco codes and standards (IBC 2009, ICC A1171-2009, ADA, IRC, IECC, )
Reporting to the Lead Architect Engineer,
Preparation of conceptual proposals, Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Detail design (DD),
Prepare Material take off (MTO).
Prepare Construction Scope of work (SOW) & construction specifications.
Site visit and prepare site reports &prepare deviation list study
Coordinating between different disciplines Leads structure, CIVIL, HVAC, electrical, plumping, piping, telecommunication)
Meeting and contacting with vendors.
Presentation accomplishes using V-ray, 3d max, Photoshop
Reporting to the Chief Architect Engineer, responsible for preparation and development of documents and drawings pertaining to Architectural.
Preparing drawings complying with all International & relevant Aramco codes and standards (IBC 2009, ICC A1171-2009, ADA, IRC, IECC).
Prepare Material take off (MTO).
Prepare Construction Scope of work (SOW) & construction specifications.
Preparing accurate budgets as well as bill of quantities for the tender and bidding process (Procurement Documents).
Preparing Basis of Design, Construction Scope of Work, furniture lists
Site visit and prepare site reports &prepare deviation list study
Coordinating between different disciplines.

Prepare C&R log response to the client according to the design basis & the standard compliances.

Area Lead Architect for YASREF (Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company) project.
Work with Revit BIM architectural 2014-2015 if required.

Development of Industrial Support Facilities designs to include plans, section, layout and elevations.
Preparation of data and specification sheets, construction scope of work (SOW) and converts sketches into practical schemes.
Preparation of conceptual proposals, FEED, MTO`s and +-10% construction estimates (conceptual, budget and expenditure request) ER`s.
Coordinating between different discipline.
Prepare C&R log response to the client according to the design basis & the standard compliances.

Participate in conferences, Seminars and meetings

Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing the concept design, schematic design, design development and architectural
shop drawings for many projects
Preparation of cost estimates for the clients & budgets
Managing and coordinating the design process between all disciplines (in house design and
sub consultants)
Preparing the client’s presentations and computer-generated graphics
Checking architectural drawings for renovation, extension & suggesting the appropriate
solution for the case
Participate in some architectural competitions with the office
Participate in conferences, seminars and meetings
Site visit and supervising multi projects to co-ordinate between design drawings with the site
construction and contractors.
1-Project name / involving in designing for several buildings and facilities. Such as: residential
buildings, villas with vary types, hospital, hotel and cinema, interior design.
