Job Responsibilities & Duties:.
▪ Receiving customers` demand schedules then formulating a manufacturing requirement plan based on customers` requirements, after that evaluating all involved factors (Man Power, Production Capacity & Material Availability).
▪ Monitoring production actual build, dispatches, finished goods delivery and stocks availability in the pipeline and UK warehouse.
▪ Setting priorities to the segment for the Sea freight or Air freight collection, to match the customers` deliveries required.
▪ Monitoring the customers` demand fluctuation & highlighting its effect on all factors (Materials, Production Capacity & Delivery).
▪ Following up the raw materials orders in the pipeline during the different steps (At Supplier, On Sea, Under Clearance & Under Customs), till the final release and reception at our warehouse.
▪ Planning effectively the dispatching process for the customers` requirements, according to the availability of containers, stocks and packing materials to meet the required delivery date.
▪ Arranging the pick list report from our warehouse to abroad consolidation centers in
(UK/Germany/Slovakia), before the final dispatches to the customers.
▪ Organizing, managing and controlling the WIP stocks and inventory level checks.
▪ Issuing monthly sales plan report & Labor requirement report for HR Department.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:.
▪ Dealing with customers’ requests.
▪ Selling products and placing customer orders in the computer system.
▪ Providing customers with product and service information.
▪ Testing new products with the customers and taking their opinion about them.
▪ Identifying, researching and resolving customer issues using computer system.
▪ Following-up on customer inquiries which didn`t resolved yet.
