Responsibilities:
Follow-up quotations, and vendor accounts.
Follow-up to purchase new materials and inventory update.
Inventory control and inventory monthly periodic.
Monthly wages and overtime.
Follow-up contracts for contractors and subcontractors.
Monitoring bank accounts and Treasury.
Verify the claims of contractors and match them with the job ended.
and I am also Executive Secretary and my work related to Mawrid Holdings Company, Saudi Arabtec for Constructions, Depa ltd. and Septech.
Responsibilities:
Follow-up to the Article of Association of companies and partners resolutions to amend the AOA.
Follow up with corporate management at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and SAGIA.
Prepare POA draft and registration with Notary Public.
Follow-up with different insurance company and following the claims.
Time Management.
Writing MOM and official letters of the company.
Required maintenance for the company's computer's.
Marketing and sales of the company and monitor competitors' prices and prepare a price plan to increase the company's profitability, Inventory periodic monthly and Maintenance services for customers.
