 Liaising with supplier, manufacturer, relevant internal departments through the request for quotation \[RFQ\].
 Negotiating with supplier to agreeing on best price with monitoring their progress and prepare Purchase Order \[PO\].
 Checking costs, quality and delivery time meet our requirements.
 Preparing quotation comparison form before issuing PO.
 Coordination with suppliers for P.O. delivery Ensuring lead-time.
 Receiving Invoices from suppliers and forwarding to accounts department.
 Liaising with Finance department to settle supplier payment issues.
 Arranging report for pending P.O., its status and following up with supplier for avoiding any delay.
 Create the Data Encoding of Cash Purchases.
 Provide source potential supplier for required Materials \[Domestic and Foreign markets\].
 Conduct the supplier evaluation to reviewing supplier’s performance indicators.
 Provide the approved supplier list according to conducted supplier evaluation.
 Maintain all purchasing records includes MR, RFQ, PO, Delivery Note, Invoice, Contracts, Supplier Credit Facilities as reference as required.
 Developing market knowledge and contacts for new products and services.
