• Performing analytical review of financial operations of the process; interpreting financial data for determining past financial performance and projecting the financial probability of process as well as ensuring that the financial information is presented clearly, consistently and on time
• Planning & executing monthly / quarterly / annual closure schedules, providing monthly financial statements and administering the monthly closing process
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction metrics by achieving delivery & service quality norms
• Apart from preparing claims to a tune of SAR 45 million & prolongation claim for above SAR 50 million, also audited two projects for income leakages & various financial & operational irregularities, which were hampering the profits of the Projects

• Demonstrated excellence in increasing variation claims from SAR 15 million to more than 40 million (All these claims were lodged in co-ordination with the Project Manager)

Got promoted to scale II i.e. Middle Management Grade Scale II (MMGS II) in 1996.
