 Preparation of Project HSE Plan
Preparing Task Risk Assessment and conducting TRA meetings, Familiar with Abu Dhabi Code of PracticesEnsure that all contractual / company and local authority requirements for Quality, Health Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements are complied with, Ensure all safety precautions are completed and checked prior to a work activity commencing, Ensure all permits are available for works on site and all safety precautions are taken, Ensuring all personnel are wearing Personnel Protective Equipment as per regulations

Co ordinate with Client HSE and implement HSE policy of the company and
Client HSE Standards to Site, Manage a team of safety officers and safety assistance, Attend the Client weekly, monthly and Co- ordination Meetings.Maintaining all HSE Documents. conducting in house Trainings

Conduct safety meetings to discuss and share observations from site and to implement the Required corrective actions / preventive measures for continual improvement, Issuance of Work permit system for different risky and hazardous activities, Periodic check up of tools and equipments and PPE for their effective result, To make sure that all site are complying the site safety norms and PPE as per nature of job

To carry out Hazard Analysis, Risk assessment and identify the Control Measures.Impart Safety Training for supervisors and Workers. Conduct counseling for workers to help them to overcome stress.monitoring of Tool box Talks.Impart Induction Training to new employees, visitors and Guests.
Inspection of all equipment and plant used in the yard

Ensure the implementation of the company’s HSE policy.Hazard analysis, Risk assessment and implementation of the control measures, Training of Personnel to create and improve safety awareness.Impart Induction training to new employees, Conduct Periodic safety Meetings and implementation and follow up of recommendations, Waste management including hazardous materials
