For past 3 years, I have been in cleansing
and processing data with Excel.
I have knowledge of Advanced Excel and creating reports as per requirements.
I have basic knowledge of different softwares like Tableau and SQL.
Prepare Summary reports on weekly basis.
* Manage Bulk SMS campaigns by SMS panel on daily basis.
* Prepare SMS detail reports on daily basis.
* Making reports for SMS panel data.
* Update and maintain database on daily basis.
* Prepare MIS reports on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
* Using Excel Charts to present Delivered/Undelivered/Unknown status.
* Prepare routine reports and Ad-hoc reports as per requirement.
* Working knowledge of advanced excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Index, Match,
Pivot Table, Excel chart and dynamic functions.
* Cleansing and Processing data using Excel.
* Email Coordination.
* Maintain CRM activities on monthly basis.
