Project Description:
•Support Services provided as Managed Services model.
•Working as Middleware Consultant for client’s PAAS Middleware Team (Integration and Core).
•The technologies involved in Middleware Support are Oracle Weblogic Server 10/11g/12c, Apache, JBOSS, WidlFly, F5 loadbalancer, Axway API gateway and other vendor-specific products Platforms/X86 Linux.
•The scope of work includes Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, Change Management, and Problem Management for all Middleware Products.

Contribution:
•Travelled to client onsite location in Belgium (3 months) for Knowledge Transition of the project.
•Setup Offshore Team in India (Pune) and started delivering the infra services.

Responsibilities:
•Handling Middleware Platform Incidents involving products like Oracle weblogic server, OSB, BPEL domains, OIM/OAM Domains, API Gateway, F5 LoadBalancer, Apache/Tomcat, JBOSS/WildFly, Jenkins.
•Support for vendor-specific environments involving vendor products like Imperva (Security Tool), RUEI (Traffic monitoring), Datastage jobs, UC4 jobs, Kafka (Message Broker), SPSS (BI Tool).

•Handling CSO (Critical Service Outage) in Production environments.

Project Description:
•Next Generation CRM (NGCRM) is Deutsche Telekom’s program to synergize the CRM implementation in 4 countries viz. Czech Republic, Macedonia, Hungary, and Slovakia. The solution used is Siebel 8.1 as CRM, Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g, Oracle Database and Informatica to migrate existing CRM and to develop NG CRM, which can fulfill need of expanding existing Business and can meet changing business demands with enhanced features.
•The project went GO-LIVE on 25th April 2013 in Hungary Country.

Contribution:
•Conferred with clients to identify the business requirements and to design the Oracle Fusion Middleware environment according to the client’s architectural need.
•In this role I have worked on OFM 11g tech stack like SOA \[BPEL, Human Workflow, and Mediator\], OSB, AIA FP, Weblogic Server.
•Experience in installation, configuration, deployments and maintaining the environments for Oracle SOA Suite 11g, Oracle AIA11g and OSB 11g on Linux x86-64 bit.

Middleware Technologies used in the project:
