 Procurement (arranging books from other publishers)
 Coordinate with cargo agents & shipping lines (ETD & ETA) related Air/Sea shipments
 Prepare Bank documents, coordinate with Drawback department
 Responding to all customer complaints or queries in an efficient manner
 Handled all incoming and outgoing correspondence with clients
 Prepare Bill of Lading / Airway Bill instructions as per Normal terms and release them on time
 Prepare all loading transport up to custom port
 Taking Freights from Shipping Lines / Airlines
 Shipment planning & coordinate the production, CHA to file custom documents on time and Rail out of Containers as per Vessel Planning
 Corresponding with prospective buyers regarding orders against advance payment
