Responsibility on site fitout work, and good communication with management and workers

Overseeing the installation, inspection, and maintenance of Metaland
Gypsum False ceiling and partitions systems in buildings and other
structures.
Providing technicalguidance and support to Carpenter, Applicatorand
otherpersonnel involved in false ceiling, partitions and paint work.
Ensuring that Metal Ceiling installations (Curve and inclined) meet as per
required quality.
Ensure that Different types of Ceiling in Airport (CG01, CG04, CG05,
CG06 and CG08 with cove light Band rasterets)fix with properalignment
and Height as perRequirement)
Managing the planning and scheduling of Ceiling and partitions installations
to ensure timely completion of projects.
Conducting site visits and inspections to evaluate existing Ceiling systems
and identify areas that require improvement orrepair. Developing and
implementing training programs foremployees and otherstakeholders.
Monthly Invoice preparation forthe projects based on the progress.
Coordinating with QC/Consultant/3rd Party forfield inspections.
Prepare project reports (written and photographic)on progress of the
works, quality and technicalconformance of the works, safety, and other
matters.
Monitoring the workprogress & Engineers activities on a daily, weekly &
monthly basis.
To monitorand controlexpenses related to project workand ensure
organizationalforecasts and budgets are met forthese expenses.

Inspecting sites on regularbasis and checking the Quality of building
materialand work as perapproved method statement and ITP.
Arranging Mock-Up upon receiving client confirmation.
Tracking Raising the daily WIR (Work Inspection Requests)and maintain
WIR records at the Site.Attending WIR with Consultant in polite mannerto
get WIR approved.
Tracking and Raising the NCR (Non Conformance Report)

Execution of work as per project specifications and Approved method
statement.
Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors,
craftspeople & Operatives.
Co-ordination with QA/QC after consultant inspection.
Co-ordination with MEP engineers and their requirements.
Co-ordination with the Supervisor/foremen and labors at the work place.
Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules.
Checking of plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of the
calculations.
Checking of steel, formworks etc. as per drawings.
Checking level, cross sections of each elements of structure.
Work for finishing like plastering, flooring, & plumbing Installation of
bathtubs, Sanitary Equipments etc.
Liaise with any consultant, subcontractors, supervisor, planners, quantity
Surveyor & general workforce involved in the project.
Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers
And surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them
informed of progress.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring
the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
Oversee quality control & health and safety matters on site & Prepare
reports as required.
Plans the work and efficiently organizes the site facilities in order to meet
agreed deadlines.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that
