Monitoring Infrastructure: Set up and configure SolarWinds monitoring tools to monitor network devices, servers, applications, and services. Alerts and Notifications: Create and manage alert rules to receive notifications for critical events or performance issues. User Roles and Permissions: Assign permission to users based on their roles and grant suitable access. User Training: Train other team members on using SolarWinds tools effectively. Database Maintenance: Manage the SolarWinds database, backups, and maintenance tasks. Custom Dashboards: Create custom dashboards to display relevant metrics and visualizations. Custom Reports: Generate reports on network performance, availability, and historical data. Custom Scripts and Integration: Develop custom scripts to extend SolarWinds functionality.
Address Queries: Respond to customer inquiries through emails, and the JIRA Ticketing tool and guide them patiently and clearly Application Support: Part of a 24/7 team providing the first line of Operational Support including event response, service requests, and recovery efforts. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot software or hardware problems reported by users. Documentation: Document interactions with users to improve future support strategies. Incident Management: Analyze issues received via incident management portals and provide solutions or workarounds. Communication: Relay SEV1 issues and upcoming production outage notifications to operations management and relevant groups. Environment Support: Monitor environments, during fixes, and pathcing and also provide batch support.
Monitoring and Maintaining Cloud Infra: Respond to infrastructure monitoring alerts, resolving incidents to ensure system up-time and expected service levels. Custom Dashboard and Reports: Created monitors, alarms & notifications for Infrastructure using Grafana, Site24x7. Security and Compliance: Identity and Access Management, blocking/ whitelisting of IPs in the network. Optimization: Monitoring system performance, resource utilization, and availability of cloud resources. Analyzing cloud resource usage to identify cost-saving opportunities. Technical Support and Documentation: As a part of a 24/7 team providing the first line of Operational Support including event response, service requests, and recovery efforts. Creating and maintaining technical documentation for cloud systems and related processes. Administered tasks like taking backups, and expanding file system disk space. Procure various Cloud services such as EC2 Instance and Compute Engine, S3 and Cloud Storage, VPC., SQL, Monitoring and Logging, CDN, Load Balancing, Cloud DNS.
We are monitoring and maintaining the CI/CD pipelines and micro-services for the Code Deployments in QA and Prod. Environment. Experience with AWS services like S3 storage, EC2, and Amazon Redshift. Monitoring Data Dog, Tableau, and Kafka for managing cluster Monitoring, Logging, and Performing unit testing across applications on the QA environment.
