• Established a framework for Authority-Agency relationships, with tasks on development of Performance Partnership Agreements (PPA), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and strategic plans.
• Worked with PA Consulting to develop mandates and sub-mandates for various Agencies.
• Developed an in-depth cost-benefit analysis for the Teach First training programme, to be adapted from the UK. Supported by detailed financial modeling.
• Created a new programme, Teach Next, to re-integrate senior citizens into society by becoming mentors or teachers. Wrote the business concept and conducted a comparative analysis and demand study for the concept.
• Produced partnerships with internal and international stakeholders to begin developing air-supported domes in Dubai's public schools, which would allow students to participate in sports activities year-round.
• Assisted in the implementation of TIMSS, an international study that assesses global educational levels.
