Responsible to deliver PepsiCo snacks innovations (Cheetos/Sunbites/Popcorn/Pellets) business objectives.
Responsible for supporting innovation ideas generation and pipeline development for SBP programs (5 years).

Responsible for leading technical brand stewardship of extruded, popcorn, pellets products portfolios.
Responsible for partnering cross-functional business development teams; Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering and other groups to ensure alignment and deliver innovations project on time.
Responsible for partnering with R&D disciplines as Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Nutrition, Regulatory, Insight, Packaging to ensure a robust, safe and legal product design (Stage Gate).
Led and developed following innovation projects from ideation to scaleup successfully as technical brand manager
o New mixed product Mix-ups under Cheetos brand having 4 shapes, 3 pellets + 1 Doritos and two flavors in one pack by live production without any capex investment.
o New flavors on Sunbites Bread Snacks for GCC & Levant markets
o New affordable pellets products Loops under Cheetos brand with affordable price point of 0.5 SR to enter into 0.5 SR market segment with 3 new flavors.
o Extended backed Cheetos Curls footprints with 2 new flavors and price point of 0.5 SR to enter into 0.5 SR market segment.
Led several value engineering, H&W, RA compliance projects for productivity and business continuity. i.e.
o New ingredient supplier development having cost impact on P&L.
o Reformulation of existing products without compromising product design.
o PepsiCo H&W commitment to reduce Sodium from existing product.
o Removal of MSG, annatto from product for RA compliance (Schools Canteen).
o Product / Packaging label compliance for added sugar, cholesterol and trans fatty acids to meet local regulation (SFDA).
Leading new R&D associates technical capability building & development programs; developed and roll out “Buddy Program”, partnering for onboarding & on job training to build new R&D associates capabilities to deliver business objectives.
