Mr. Shahab is a highly experienced professional with over 21 years of construction and project management experience in delivering major infrastructure projects which include the design and construction of TSE line, Pumping Station, Potable Water Line, Surface Water Network, Foul Sewer Network, Qatar District Cooling Network, Rising Main, Ground Water Control Network, Irrigation works, Landscape, Micro tunneling, HDD, MEP systems & Dry Utilities such as construction Telecom network, ITS, SSD, QNBN, QAF, Dry legs, protection & diversion of utilities existing network, shutdowns and Road Works.
He has delivered several high-profile and complex projects in Qatar. Combined with extensive GCC experience, he brings a wide range of expertise and commitment to quality-driven execution and focus on successful project completion. He understands the expectations of the client, stakeholders and works closely with other team members and main Contractors, to mitigate the risks & resolve issues-problems and to successfully deliver a quality product in a timely, cost-efficient, and safe manner as per project requirements.

Qatar District Cooling network Project-AL FARDAN GROUP, 900 million Description: The project comprises of construction of District Cooling Network and plant works.
Roles/Responsibilities:
• Assist the Senior Engineer in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, with a specific focus on ongoing site activities plant and network and submit daily dairy for site progress and issues.
• Supervise the construction of carbon steel pipe networks, Plant & Connections.
• Construction of Micro tunneling works of different diameters of TBM up to 1200 dia.
• Review method statement, ITP, and shop drawings
Drainage Project, Industrial Area ASHGHAL, 550 million QR Description: The project comprises the construction of sewerage/drainage network and pumping station.
Roles/Responsibilities:
• Supervise/inspection the construction of DI, GRP, VC, pipelines of various diameters and constructions of chambers, DI fittings, jointing of pipes, checking the alignment, levels, air test, pressure test & checking of slump & temperature of concrete.
• Protection, diversion & re-routing of existing utilities.
• Construction of utilities work in respect of approved corridor from MMUP.
• Inspection of material prior to mobilization. Inspection of NDM works through Micro-tunneling up to 2000 dia TBM and HDD works.
Drainage Project Doha Zoo to Al Rayyan, ASHGHAL, 600 million QAR. Description: The project comprises of Drainage Network.
Roles/Responsibilities:
• The project comprised the construction of 27 km of drainage/wastewater networking RC pipe up to 900 dia & 9.1 km water pipeline including installation.
• Supervise/ inspection for Installation of DI, GRP & VC pipeline up to 900mm diameter & house connection.
• Cut and connect to the proposed line to existing line as per approved shutdown MST.
• Monitor-inspection that works done as per approved MST, ITP & shop drawings.
• Daily Report to senior engineer for all work progress and issues if any.
• Keep goof eye on quality and sire safety as per project requirements.
• Issue NCR and Quality alerts for noncompliance of works at site.
