- Research and Development to acquire new business.
- Managing database and day-to-day tasks in the pipeline CRM.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customers inquires.
Acknowledging and resolving customers complaints on time.
Kept up-to-date on promotions and current offerings to advise customers.
Advised customers on availability, pricing and location of products.
Upsold new products and accessories to customers, capturing significant increases in add-on sales.
Assisted customers with product complaints, logging issues for investigation and providing replacement items.
Handled customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions to guarantee positive outcomes.
