• Daily maintenance of GSM network containing BSC, MFS, TC, RNC, BTS, 3G nodeB and LTE and equipment’s.
• Responsible for on-site survey, commissioning, configuration and Testing of GSM/2G/3G and 4G Network Alcatel-lucent Equipment’s.
• Commissioning and configuration of eNodeB Alcatel lucent 9400 (LTE) Radio Access network.
• Commissioning and configuration of eNodeB 3G ALU. Commissioning and configuration of 2GBTS and DCS.
• Testing, Commissioning of MPR9500 Microwave Links (1+0, 1+1HSB, 1+1SD, 2+SD and 2+0 XPIC)
• Commissioning ad troubleshooting of other alu Microwave links AWY 9400, and MXC.
• Commissioning and configuration of CCU.
• Can deal with all types of Alarms, specially ICP, RUP, MPT Power failure, version mismatch and other that are caused by the ODD behavior of the New ALU 2G/3G/LTE and MPR9500 packet radio,
• On-time assistance with engineers regarding solving the software issues (NetO, BTSNEM BTSWAZZ2, NEM.LA3.0.0_D1.27, Windows 9130 BSC BSC Terminal B11 and others) and its pre-requisites.
• Daily maintenance Rcord of GSM network containing BSC, MFS, TC, RNC, BTS, and PDH/SDH equipment.
• Fault location, isolation, trouble shooting and resolution and Sites outage follow-up with field and OMC representatives.
• Monitoring and Configuration of Abis Interfaces.
• Involvement in software up gradation and RSL improvement.
• Troubleshooting of different kinds of alarms in BTS, MW and enodeB and other power related systems and their rectification.
• VSWR and E1 testing by using site analyzer and BERT.
• Monitor outage duration and raise penalties on the corresponding contractors / vendors (managed services or implementation activity.
• Technical reporting to company management on daily activities.
• Preparation of sites for PAT (Provisional Acceptance) & FAT (Final Acceptance according to STC MOP.
• Experience of Installation, Commissioning and troubleshooting of Huawei Transmission equipment RTN605, 610/620 and RTN 910, 950, 980 (and then further protecting by making XPIC(1+0, 2+0))
• Installation, Commissioning and integration of LTE, ( BBU3900L)
•Measurement of VSWR, Return Loss & Distance to Fault (DTF) using Sitev master
•Quality assurance of complete physical installation according to final quality check list
•Supervision of Complete indoor, outdoor installation,
•Complete 4G LTE 4G MOBILY PROJECT(make survey and TSSR)
•Learning of GSM/GPRS architecture and interfaces
•Operating / Maintaining the Radio links with BSCs
•Complete site/hop documentation and reporting.
