JOB FUNCTION:
Supervising, managing and monitoring all the automated system and machineries maintenance, repairing and upgrading/project activities. Ensures all the machines and automated equipment in excellent condition, ensuring the function properly to maximize efficiency, minimize downtime hours and any drawbacks that may occur
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Conduct machines and instruments preventive maintenance planning and activities as per the timeline and scheduled to ensure proper operation and prevent any interruption to the operation process.
2.Keeping track on the spare parts for all the machines and equipment under responsibility of the section. Ensuring expired and malfunction components/parts are replaced on time and without hindrance to the operation process.
3.Making schedule checks on machinery and parts, Finding and fixing faults and recalibrating instruments, Oiling and cleaning machinery and parts, Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule, responding immediately to machinery breakdowns.
4.To provide full support to all engineering department’s problem related to automation & instrumentation systems. Advice and develop new method or technique to overcome problems and to improve system operation'
5.Manage automation projects as assigned. Monitor progress of projects. Install, test, and start-up control systems on-site.
6.Supervise and lead the team ensuring all instruments are properly operating and functioning.Train operators and technician on control systems.
7.Improve production facilities, reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant and personnel.
8.Ensure relevant procedures to maintain and achieve product safety, legality and quality aspects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Meeting with customer and solve any problem face by them related to instrumentation and control system.
2. consult customer on any improvement on the machine or problem raised.
3. completion of assigned projects from circuit designing, PLC programming, system testing and machine commissioning on site before hand over to customer.
4. After sales troubleshooting and service.
5. lead the project team.
6. Good cooperation with other team from mechanical department.
7. Train sales engineer anything related to our products on the technical functionality.
8. Responsible to achieve yearly selling target of the products set by principle.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE:
1. Knowledge in Automation system, Instrumentation, Control system, Electrical & Electronics, mechanical system and machineries.
2. Strong knowledge on ladder logic diagram, Pneumatic & Hydraulic diagram and Electrical & Electronics circuit diagram.
3. Knowledge in PLC, HMI, Servo drive, Servo motor, types of sensors, digital & analogue system, Vfd, RFID, GSM.
4. Designing and programming control systems with emphasis on PLCs and HMI systems.
5. Ability to design, improve and develop new control systems.
6. Able to troubleshoot and fix control system.
7. Maintaining, repairing and managing instrumentation and control system.
8. Knowledge on ladder logic programming and C programming language.
9. Commissioning and startup of control systems.
10. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and modification of existing system.
11. Ability to troubleshoot control systems from the field element up through operator interfaces and databases.
12. Thorough knowledge of process instrumentation and control systems.

2. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system for tool strokes lifespan monitoring using Delta PLC, Delta HMI integrate with Turck RFID module. (ST Microelectronis Johor, Malaysia)
3. Vision camera inspection for lead frame identification integrates with barcode scanner using Delta PLC, Delta HMI, Datalogic scanner and Banner IVU camera. (ST Microelectronics Johor, Malaysia)
4. Liquid level monitoring using Banner ultrasonic sensor, integrate with Murr GSM module to alert user by phone when liquid level is low. (Harimau Kuat Melaka, Malaysia)
5. Demagnetizer machine using Maurer magnetic AG with conveyor belt controlled by Delta PLC, Delta Inverter to reduce the magnetic residual automatically. (Unisteel Tech (M) Sdn Bhd Johor, Malaysia)
6. To control tunnel freezer defrosting and freezing automatically using Delta PLC, Delta HMI and delta Inverter. (Speed Freezer Johor, Malaysia)
7. To control hopper mixer for making cookies automatically using Delta inverter, Delta PLC and Delta Servo Motor (Fukin Food Johor, Malaysia)
8. To control Seawater temperature automatically by water freezer and chiller machine using Delta PLC and Delta HMI. (National Prawn Company Al-lith Saudi Arabia)
