I was working as a Federal Government IT Recruiter for 8 hours per day. My scope of work included:
Full Lifecycle IT Recruiting for Federal Government / Cleared Positions. Utilizing Indeed, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, BrightMove (Falcon internal database) & JobAdder. Negotiating hourly pay rates (W2 & 1099) and salary requirements with all candidates. Submitting qualified candidates to Falcon Sales & Account Management Team Communicating with candidates via phone, text and email.
I was working as a Sr. Technical Recruiter for 8 hours per day. My role was to Source candidates using job boards plus a multiplicity of Internet-based sourcing techniques. Contact candidates through phone calls and e-mails to determine interest and availability. Conduct in-depth phone interviews to qualify candidates, negotiate rates, and schedule interviews. Network with and build a pipeline of candidates who can be considered for future job orders and can generate referrals. Generate requirements by connecting with Hiring Managers of recruiting firms. Market our W2 consultants in order to get them their new projects. I was working in the night shift to overlap US hours starting at 9 am EST.
