PROJECT:
Modular fabrication / Construction works for Upper Zakum 750 Island Surface Facility Project (EPC 2) owned by Zakum Development Company (ZADCO).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and update level IV engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning schedule based on execution philosophy, scope of work, contractual obligations and stakeholder’s requirements.
• Created progress measurement system aligned with the project work breakdown structure (WBS) and contract specifications based on project complexity.
• Interface with project control & execution teams for schedule preparation and progress measurement procedures.
• Monitor progress on daily, weekly & monthly basis. Prepared S-curves, manpower histograms, overall progress statistics and remaining work status as per original as well as latest forecast scope of work.
• Integrate project progress reports from various disciplines, calculate Project Performance and productivities, Prepare 3 week look ahead and prepare recovery schedules to mitigate and adverse impacts on schedule.
• Participate in project control activities during construction, pre-commissioning & commissioning phases.
• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders including engineering, Procurement & Construction for management of critical hold points.
• Prepared required status reports & forecasts based on project performances and presentations for Project Manager & senior management.
• Assure project integrity & quality by preparing & analyzing updated schedules, weekly & monthly progress reports as per contractual as well as latest scope of work and recommending appropriate corrective actions.
• Participate in the preparation of cost and EOT claims with reference to contract and by analyzing the impacts on schedule by different stakeholders.
PROJECT:
Ruwais Sulphur Handling Terminal - 2: 22, 000 MT / Day, Sulphur handling and ship loading facilities (EPC consortium between TECHINT E&C and Al Jaber Energy Services).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitored progress on daily, weekly & monthly basis. Updated PMS, prepared S-curves, manpower histograms, overall progress statistics and remaining work status as per original as well as latest forecast scope of works.
• Updated master schedule of the project & micro-schedules of major components of the project.
• Provided analysis of schedule to identify key performance indicators to ensure the achievement of project objectives and contractual commitments.
• Validated progress claims of Sub-contractors and ensure adherence to project schedules through construction team and frequent visits to the site.
• Assured project integrity & quality by updating and reviewing project schedule, weekly & monthly progress report and recommending appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinated with Consortium partner to ensure availability of material deliverables, which were critical in project completion as per schedule.

TAKREER Ruwais Refinery Expansion project, Ruwais, Abu Dhabi
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Developed integrated level IV baseline schedules for assigned project based on execution philosophy, scope of work, contractual obligations and stakeholder’s requirements.
• Created progress measurement system aligned with the project work breakdown structure (WBS) and contract specifications based on project complexity.
• Monitored progress on daily, weekly & monthly basis. Prepared S-curves, manpower histograms, overall progress statistics and remaining work status as per original as well as latest forecast scope of work.
