• Preparation of baseline construction program at the tendering stage and detailing of the same at project execution stage using project management tools ex. Primavera P6.
• Preparation of recovery schedule, acceleration & mitigation plans whenever required at
various phases of the project.
• Arranging and participating in the meetings to agree with client on notified delays and
preparation of EOT for the projects.
• Continually monitoring of critical & and identification of issues for mitigation.
• Preparation and maintaining of project daily, weekly and monthly quantity driven plans at various scenarios.
• Coordination with subcontractors for arranging the required equipment required for Projects.
• Ensure project scope, schedule and cost are clearly defined, closely coordinated, consistently monitored and controlled throughout the project cycle. Reports any deviation and proposes corrective actions to ensure the project goals of safety, schedule, cost, and quality are met.
• Managing and monitoring the project activities including the design, procurement and construction phase.
• Documenting and following up on important actions as per recorded minutes of meeting.
• Ensuring on-time project delivery as per scope and budget allocated.
• Determining the Project Changes and undertaking the project task as required.
• Monitor the design activities from third party consulting firms and ensure the clear objectives are set for design team members.
• Planning and calculation of required manpower, equipment’s, tools and consumables and streamlining of the resources.
• Ensuring the smooth execution of the project, and proper utilization of site resources.
• Review and challenge the submission of contractor’s resource histogram for man power and equipment during the mobilization and peak phase of
• Construction activities.
• Management of team & allocation of work as per project workload.
• Recovery schedules, look ahead plans weekly, bi-weekly monthly, revised schedules & delay analysis & EOT claims.
• Project monitoring & control using EVM system and generation of Dashboards including CPI, SPI, SV, CV, Risks, mitigation plans, concerns, etc.
• Material & equipment tracking & follow up with intl. suppliers for long lead items.
• Preparation of weekly, and monthly progress reports normally including an update of schedule, Manpower, equipment histograms, S-curve, cost, last vs current week/month progress & overall progress & other special reports for management.
• Meetings with different project internal & external stakeholders
• Preparations of Project close reports for Profitability and lessons learned.
