1. Preparation of month-wise cost report incorporating each and every element of cost and comparing with budget.
2. Analysis the variance in cost report, implementing/suggesting the changes required to control cost without compromising on quality
3. Preparation of QPR( quarterly performance Report) with accounts team.
4. Doing regular meeting with Business Manager, Project Managers, Supervisor and workers. Attend project meetings and discussions with the PMT and external clients
5. Preparation of Monthly Cost report with discussion with Financial Controller
6. Doing annual budget with sales and different teams in order to achieve target profit. Analysis with last 3-5 year's of budget
7. Tracking the project Cost and Revenue, perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring
8. Report monthly figures to Managers of the business unit.
9. Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure
that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
10. Preparation of standard per hour labor cost on yearly basis.
