Develop the leads policies and conduct sessions to sales agents. Process the investigations between sales agents by applying leads & renewal polices. Train the new sales representatives on the CRM Policy. Managing the process of generating leads from different sources. Contribute in creating new sources of leads with high quality. Handling the upload process for the data or any projects to Sage CRM. Escalate inquiries/issues related to sales process, services, partner program to sales channels managers. Track and monitor all leads and activities in Sage CRM system. Process user requests to re-assign change profile's account manager, and merge profiles, in Sage CRM system
