As a part of FIFA 2022, recruited and onboarded a strength of 1400 staff within 2 months' time. A challenging and standing-on toes experience as we had to manage a diverse group of employees from
across the world.
Handled complete recruitment cycle (Preparing JD, Screening,
Shortlisting, and Interviewing)
Onboarding
Fulfilling statutory compliances like FHC (Food Handling
Certificate) for all 1400 staff
Employee relations and grievance redressal
Travel coordination
Worked on developing HR policies and practices in the company, handled end to end recruitment, payroll and internal communication.
