The position focuses on establishing the HR department, working closely with CEO managing all functions & implementing the organizations HR policies, procedures, tools & methodologies in different areas of HR to achieve its current and future business objectives that are it as a Fair Employer of Choice.
 Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues with guidance from CEO, as appropriate. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
 Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
 Manages performance review process on annual basis.
 Building positive working relationships with all employees and management.
 Handle and Lead the recruitment varied from Beauty, Hair and retail and marketing professionals
 A complete evaluation of the job responsibilities of a vacant positions, Head-hunting from various websites such as Dubizzle, Linked-in, Gulf Talent, Bayt etc.
 Designed a strategic evaluation process for shortlisting candidates. coordinating with applicants and undertaking the interviews, liaising with Department Heads for higher evaluation of candidates
 Develops contract/employment terms for new hires, promotions, transfers and contracted resources.
 Preparing the joining program including the company welcome package, planning the induction of new-joiners. Visa process initiation.
 Liaising with external national and over-seas recruitment agencies, conducting online interviews of the short-listed and taking care of the complete overseas hiring process.

• Responsible for analyzing & identifying training needs of employees for inclusion in training plans
• Responsible for Talent Acquisition ensuring that all vacant positions are timely filled
• Responsible for implementation & execution of performance appraisal process
• Actively involved in Employee engagement action planning implementation & execution of activities
• Analyze and devising job descriptions
• Liaison with leading universities and management schools for Employer branding
• Carry out orientation programs for new candidates & facilitating them in easy adjustment

• Responsible for employee leave administration, employee records, benefits, statutory compliance for labour's wages & benefits, ensuring compliance to HR policies, employee benefits & administration

Admin, Employee Relations & Communication
