Role: Security Analysis & Risk Management - User ID Administrator


As ID Administrators, we provide support to customers for any access related issues such as addition, modification and deletion of a User ID and ensure follow-up and closure of requests with the SLA/SLO's for the respective account.

Authenticating and authorizing all users and computers in a Windows domain type network. Assigning and enforcing security policies for all computers.

Responsibilities:

In addition to the roles listed below, there may be activities performed that apply to all operational common processes, as per requirement by the Business unit. Follow the Business unit guidelines for compliance and other processes.

• Process the request within established Service Level Objectives/Agreement.
• Own problem resolution by either resolving the user’s issue(s) on the phone or by escalating the issue in a timely manner, according to documented procedures.
• Using personal expertise and/or documented knowledge analyze and resolve routine customer problems at first contact, within set criteria.
• Abide by all defined processes for the account, and requirements for agent action.
• Maintain satisfactory productivity statistics as defined in the SOW.
• Utilize standard IBM Global Services processes and escalation procedures, as documented.
• Perform problem determination and resolve routine customer problems.
• Utilize creativity and analytical ability to understand the interrelationships of the products with each other and with the network as a whole.
• Ensure full commitment to customer SLAs.
• A desire to develop knowledge on customer applications and the customers computing environment.
• Must manage their time to meet SLA/SLO on problem updates.
