Responsible for tracking employee’s status, work locations, salary, ETF and etc.
Duties include submitting travel request form and itinerary as employee’s requested.
Preparing daily and weekly accountability that is to be reported to HQ and managements.
Processing and updating electronic funds transferring (EFT), change of address (COA), tax with held and tax form (673) & (W4 - form)
• Responsible for maintaining staff members and their day to day job function.
• Responsible for deployment of staff members as per schedule duty roster and plan.
• Training new hire staffs.
• Responsible for keeping updates and records of files.
• Responsible for creating IPRs(Internal Purchase Requisition), TPOs (Purchase Orders) and ROPs(Re-Order Purchase)
• Co-coordinating with different departments and sites for transaction of materials.
• Other duties include issue and transfer of materials, handling costumers, archiving, inventories etc.

Responsible for processing work order requests using STEAM Military system. Utilize KBR sort process for distributing to the correct department. Track work orders by monitoring status and closing out orders in a timely fashion. Daily reports, Perform administrative duties such as filing and answering telephones.
The Service Center is a central location where we handle all our customers operation and maintenance requests to ensure the upkeep of assigned facilities has well has provide a point of contact for the Mayoral Cell to communicate various requests to the company, or appropriate parties.
