- Develop Isource Internal Employment System.
Specific responsibility
iSource Biz is an Outsource Company to provide their client to total satisfaction. I joined iSource since July 2008 to Till Date. My main responsibility as a software programmer to handle all day to day quires related to client website, and develop new project and website related to iSource Biz.
During second joining in iSource Biz I developed 25 sites independently. In this period I developed 2 major portal systems for iSource Biz.
Staff Portal
It is completely automated system, Form entrance into iSource biz to exit iSourcebiz it handles all major functions of HRs.
Here are some main futures:
- Online Test for new Candidate (MCQs based)
- Successful Candidate converted into Employee of iSource Biz
- Daily Attendance, Payroll, Letters notices issued by Portal.
- Desktop Application which is responsible to mark employee attendance and their break times on the bases of computer idles time
- Messaging system.
Project Portal
As mentioned iSource Biz is as off soured company and its main business is content writing and Business writing Plan (http://bizplancorner.com). I have developed a system to manage all online order, bellow some key features of the portal
- Order Show in portal and admin assign the order to respective team
- Message System all the way (Client - Team, Team - Admin, Admin - client)
- Its managed all the categories of the orders (Assigned, deleted, cancelled, etc)
- Completely order email to client.
