• Supervise and lead all facility supply chain activities including strategic process transformation,
supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, demand and orders management,
supply chain performance, warranty management and logistics

shipment clearance; Arrange SABIR, IECEE certificates
• Oversee the warehouse operations for all transactions including intake, product check, storage,
repackaging and shipping

Purchase requests sorting & arrange RFQ’s and obtaining the quotes from the approved vendor and issuing Purchase Order & ensuring the continuity of supply on time.
Conduct research to sourcing materials/spare parts from local and international market sending inquires international suppliers and arrangement of material including international shipment arrangement pick up loading and offloading.
Communication with supplier and negotiations for best prices to insure to minimize the cost of products
Tracking local & International shipment, delivery of goods make sure timely delivery of goods on actual arrival time, Ensure all deliveries contain all goods requested.
Import shipment coordinating Air Lines & Shipping lines from Air & sea cargo.
stocking and minimum inventory level of good availabilities in the warehouse
Maintaining records and arranging report for all international & local purchases
• Liaised with Foreign Companies for purchase; Support imports from Foreign Countries and maintain
documents and handling
