Responsibilities:

Complete electrical responsibility for the installation of 11kv, 6.6kv and lv switchgear, 33/11/418v Transformers, MCC, UPS system, Motors, Protection panels

Actively involved in overall site construction work. Installation of lv, MVswitchboard, cable pulling, cable glanding, cable termination for power and control cables, cable tray installation, field lighting and field grounding system. .

Involved in overall site construction work (power, Lighting etc), installation, testing and commissioning of various electrical equipments.

Responsibility of project schedule planning.

Involved in commissioning of various electrical equipments, Motors solo run test and function test of motor feeders.

Responsibility of cable laying, cable tray installation, glanding, meggering and hi-pot test of cables, winding resistance test of mv and lv motors.

Responsibility of motor solo run test, motor functional test, winding resistance test of mv and lv motors.

Review electrical engineering plans to ensure adherence to design specification and compliance with electrical codes and standards.

Responsibility of pre commissioning of power transformers.

Responsibility of plant lightning and illumination test.

Technical field Co-ordination with Client, vendor, and construction team.

Development of area classification drawing and equipment selection.

Preparation of specifications, Data sheets, Schedules for Material Requisition. Prepare material Take offs /Bill of Quantities.

Responsibilities:-

Review and comments on Vendor data like control Schematics and Drawings.

Material Take offs /Bill of Quantities.

Preparation of Design Basis, Technical Specification, Data Sheet, Design Philosophy, and MR’ps for all Major Electrical Equipment.

Responsibilities:-

Involved in overall site construction work( power, Lighting, fire alarm and communications), installation, commissioning and testing of various electrical equipments.

Complete responsibility of plant earthing system.

Complete responsibility of substation.

Complete responsibility of erection of UPS system.

Involved in plant field lighting.

Responsible for plant lightning system.

Responsibility for project schedule planning.

Complete responsibility for manpower.

Responsibilities:-

Vendor offer evaluation of LV switchgear, MV Switchgear, AC and Dc UPS, Transformers, and Power and Control Cables.

Responsibility of motor solo run test, motor functional test, winding resistance test of mv and lv motors.

Involved in commissioning of various electrical equipments, Motors solo run test and function test of motor feeders.

Actively involved in overall site construction work (Installation of LV, MV switch board, cable pulling, cable glanding cable termination for power and control cables, cable tray, field lighting, fire alarm, communication and field grounding system.

Preparation of Design Basis, Technical Specification, Data Sheet, Design Philosophy, and MR’s for all Major Electrical Equipment.
