Responsibilities:
Working as a team leader, managing & supervising all IT-operations in AMW and all Plant maintenance projects/Shutdown sites in Western region.
Managing network operations including installation, control, maintenance, monitoring and enhancement to ensure quality, integrity, availability and performance.
Providing IT-Services & Tech. support (Software/Hardware) to clients (i.e. Linde, Elixier-GASCO, Fertil, Borouge, Daewoo) as well.
Carrying out plans, sourcing and implementation of routine & additional requirements for WAN with the coordination of Manager IT.
Installation, Configuration, Implementation & troubleshooting of all the software systems used by the company/client. (i.e. Accpac 7.3, Process, GDMS, GDESPlus, SMART, FAMS, SAS, SPMAT, PWMS, PDCS, etc.)
Configuration, installation and troubleshooting of network and security related products like Routers, Switches and Firewalls.
Server Side Installations, configuration and troubleshooting. (RAID, Active directory, DHCP, DNS, Network Resources Sharing, TMG Server2010, SQL Server, IBM Lotus Client etc).
