* Preparation of various MIS reports focusing on budgets, variance analysis, costs and cash movement.
* Managing A/R & A/P
* Monitoring LCs, Trust Receipts, Bill Discounting and Invoice Discounting, Guarantees, Overdraft & day to day operations transactions with banks /financial institutions.
* Control financial costs & monitor interest/bank charges on various credit facilities.
* Managing banking portfolio to ensure compliance with all covenants/agreed terms & conditions.

• To prepare, review and submit credit line proposal of the prospect customer in accordance with HO directives for approval and / or renewal of credit facility.
• Close monitoring of credit accounts and ensure recovery of installments / profit as per schedule
• Co-ordination with Credit Administration Department for preparation and filing of security documents to safeguard bank’s interest.
• Prepare various reports relating to corporate department and ensure timely submission.
• Liaison with Credit Administration Department, Lawyers, Head Office visitors, Internal Auditors and State Bank of Pakistan’s Inspectors
• Interviewing applicants for personal, mortgage & business loans.
• Evaluating applicant’s financial worth, references, ability to repay the loan through internal cash generation/cash flows.
• Preparing loan proposal.
• Executing loan documentation.
• Post disbursement monitoring of assigned loans approved by the Competent Authority.
• Preparing proposals for renewal /enhancement/re-structuring/capitalizing of credit facilities.
• Preparing statements of regular and delinquent accounts for onward submission to Head Office, internal auditors and State Bank of Pakistan’s auditors.
• Liaison with the legal department in connection with the recovery proceedings.
• Management of the business funds.
• Managing and monitoring the investments.
