Proposed the new idea of quality improvement and avoiding the quality risk
Prepared the quality Inspection guideline & manuals like (schedule Q, Batching plant & 3rd party approval, project inspection manual, etc.……
Project audit of Road works.
Review the Pre-qualification submittal, Material submittal, shop drawing, As-built drawing, Method statement submittal, Inspection testing plan, Inspection checklist, identification project specification, Interview, monitoring project progresses, testing requirement, Marshall & super pave design asphalt mix and concrete mix design,
Review the Supervise the asphalt and concrete plant, and all testing is done in the lab related to the material.
Daily basic works update QC recode on Pivot Programs.
Attend weekly meetings with clients and open decisions related to site quality improvement
All other Duties are Done by Following up with the cline line manager.
Review the method of statement, quality manual of the contractor, PQD, etc.…. according to specification and Drawing,
Prepared the Monthly & weekly Quality reports.
Review the PQD, ITP, checklist, MIR, WIR, another document, etc...
