ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
 Leading the Commercial Domain of the stations. Invoices, Receivables Reporting like Aging, Purchase Orders Follow up with the Clients and Proper weekly, monthly Records for management.
 Preparation of RFQs, Quotations/ Bids as per the required services and fully responsible for to complete the RFQ as per the updated Price / Profitability Margins.
 Responsible to upload the bidding documents on Huawei online SRM system.
 Responsible for coordination with the client regarding progress of the projects and problems encountered in the field.
 Negotiasions on prices, discounts, delivery and terms of payment with both parties Clients and Suppliers.
 Responsible for the reconciling monthly sale in the light of casting reports.
 Strong follow-up with finance team regarding cash inflow and outflows.
 Responsible for Daily, Weekly, Quarterly Progress Reporting the Projects, Revenue, Invoices and Receiables for HO.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES IN OPERATIONS:

 Managing staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
 Determine staffing requirements, and interviews, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
 Strong follow-up with Project teams regarding their requirement to run operation smoothly.
 Leading the project team for progress monitoring and achiving the KPI’s.
 Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.
