Lead holistic group-wide procurement strategies for over $500m million portfolio across multiple categories including Facilities, Professional Services/HR/Labour Hire, Building Products, and Logistics. Deliver end-to-end category management, ensuring a common approach to measuring, optimizing and managing the company-wide spend across the portfolio. Report into Head of Group Procurement and lead a small team (1 category manager), additionally responsible of managing Supplier Relationship Management program which is an exclusive program for top 30 strategic suppliers
Lead cost reduction initiatives across complex IT & Telco categories. Deliver end-to-end category management, optimize and manage the company-wide spend across multiple categories. Manage key stakeholder relationships with internal and external parties. Lead a team of 4 direct reports/procurement specialists to implement category strategies.
