• Working independent point-of-contact for all HSE matters related to safe operation of large hydrocarbon (including LPG, Gasoline, Gas Oil, Aviation Fuel) storage terminal. Working closely with site line management including maintenance, operation, and supply chain to ensure safe operation of the site.
• Knowledge and hands-on-experience in the implementation of HSE critical procedures such as Permit-To-Work, Confined Space, Excavation, Risk Assessment, Work at Height etc. This includes training of site employees and contractors to facilitate understanding of procedures and ensure 100% implementation.
• Operated and maintained fire detection equipment, including CCTV cameras, smoke detectors, and fire alarms.
• Develop and implementation of Emergency Response Procedures, arrange regular exercises to ensure adequate readiness of the site team in case of emergency. Conduct mutual drills through engagement of civil defense, local community, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to emergency calls and alarms.
Extinguish fires using various firefighting equipment and techniques.
Conduct search and rescue operations to save individuals from dangerous situations.
Provide first aid and emergency medical care to injured persons.
Inspect and maintain firefighting equipment and vehicles.
Participate in training drills and exercises to maintain readiness.
Educate the public on fire prevention and safety measures.
Collaborate with other emergency services and agencies during incidents.
Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents and activities.
