Responsible for directing daily operations and business plan implementation for the 44 Large Format Retail Stores (798 Sqf till 16275 Sqf) In GCC of High End Luxury Garments & Accessories Products.
Fully accountable to the Vice President -Retail to provide visibility and monitor productivity. Manage a team of 233 staff. Directly supervise 46 Managers for 44 Stores.

OVERALL

Develop the strategy and ensure the efficient management of all aspects of Retail Division
ROLE

• Responsible for the effective performance management of the Retail Area Manager,
Shop Managers.
• Responsible for the management of all retail activities.
• Taking overall responsibility for the recruitment, management and support of retail sales staff.
• To ensure that shops operating in the designated area achieve set income and profit targets.
• Opening of New stores.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Analyze data to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, workflow, quality, and sales.
• Support service and operations at retail stores, including managing warehouse, procurement, staffing and online presence.
• Ensure profitability of retail stores by controlling costs and expenditures, pursue marketing ideas, and deliver high quality products.
• Motivating and inspiring the Market field and retail back office teams to meet or exceed commercial goals and KPI's, and build Brand equity
• Manage and control inventory levels, shrinkage and stock accuracy across the stores as per targets set.
• Adhere to Global standards for all retail marketing, visual merchandising, training, and other store related activities
People
• To effectively recruit, induct, lead, manage, train and develop Retail Area Manager, Retail Managers and Casual staff to agreed procedures and standards.
• Coach and develop senior Store managers and District Managers to ensure high quality Multi-Store Management performance and to build a talent pool for higher Operations roles.

SENIOR AREA MANAGER / BRAND MANAGER في High End Luxury BRAND

• Responsible for maximizing 22-store’s contribution through exploiting every opportunity to drive sales, reduce stock loss and maintain cost controls and delivering the highest level of motivation to the staff members and development of team members.

• Determine buying & promotional strategy.
• Accountable for margin management, Increase volume sales & achieve margin delivery.
• Accountable for stock management-Plan (including Open To Buy), ordering, allocation & subsequent replenishment based on receipt & distribution of merchandise, building stock for peak trading periods, & mitigating terminal stock.
• Coach, develop & mentor a team of Senior Merchandisers
• Ensure consistency of retail standards across all points of Sale.
• Create and/or maintain host brand communications.
• Negotiate processes & deliverables of the brand
• Co-ordinate with implementation of Visual Merchandising tasks and maintains consistency of VM standards across all stores in the Region.
• Planning, development and implementation of the Loss Prevention Strategies and Plans for the Stores in the Region.
