Senior Sales Representative Duties
1.Enhances sales staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
2.Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
3.Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
4.Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
5.Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
6.Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
7.Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
8.Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
9.Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
10.Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Merchandiser Supervisor duties
1. the primary goal is to sell products quickly and at maximum profit. To obtain this basic goal, customers must be able to locate merchandise easily and be enticed to purchase additional products.
2.Identifying trends & making sales predictions based on popularity, past sales data .
3.Based on creativity, Experince, Observation, Vendor policy & company policy.
4.Responsible for creating attractive points of sale displays. These displays must be aesthetically pleasing, making it easy for customers to locate & obtain self serve items.
5.Personally take care of stock or restock the display must oversee, visual upkeep & timely restocking.
6.Responsibilty for comparing sales data of products we handel & make recommendations to management regarding possible soulation if sales are low . this way involve modifying displays moving to different locations with in the store.
