Job Responsibilities-
• Managing the Helpdesk team (L1 Support) and supervising them in technical support to retail operations.
• Managing technical support of MS Dynamics AX Retail and ETP Suite applications for Point of Sale.
• Managing technical support of Oracle ERP.
• Managing MS SQL Databases of store’s billing systems.
• Managing Firewalls and switches.
• Designing and implementation of disaster recovery plans for store systems.
• Managing procurement, AMC, and subscriptions.
• Monitoring batch jobs to ensure timely replication of data between stores and data warehousing systems.
• Coordinate with L3 support and software vendors for customization, updates, and bug fixes in applications.
• Lead the deployment of application upgrades within given deadlines.
• Review incidents, escalations, and SLA compliance of outsourced services like technical support of CCTV systems, security tag detection footfall counting systems .
• Planning and managing IT budget (Capex and Opex).
• Creating knowledge base, user manuals, SOPs and installation guides) for users and L1 support team.

Job Responsibilities-
•Responsible for 2nd level support of all IT related issues at onsite and remote locations.
•Handling all escalated cases from on site and remote locations.
•Performing various maintenance activities like analyzing logs, events on switches, router and servers to prevent any downtime or downgraded performance.
