. Strategic management of the HR department, Supports operations by supervising staff; monitoring, planning, organizing, implementing administrative systems, Process Improvement and reporting to the top management
2. Formulate and establishes policies, procedures under the guidance of Labor Law and buyer code of conduct.
3. Maintains administrative staff, recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; ensuring a safe and secured work environment; keep up to date the factory for unannounced audit from buyer end.
4. Maintain fully automation based employee profile, attendance, leave management, compensation management, pay roll management and report.
5. Security management, factory utility supply etc..
6. Response any buyer/Govt. queries by e-mail, report etc.
7. Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions.
8. Follow up check and recommend all internal and external bills generated from factory and supplier end.
9. Managing and follow up employee form induction to separation
10. Adaptation of changes in personnel and factory policy as per buyer code of conduct and company internal policy.
11. Control and monitoring the daily works of unit administrative team.
12. Give management for any emergency situation.
13. Renewal of factory license and legal documents.
